The Southeast Regional Service Commission is seeking a full-time IT Business Analyst to provide high-level business analysis and strategic advice that align technology initiatives with organizational needs. The successful candidate will: • Analyze and improve business processes. • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and traceable throughout the IT project lifecycle. • Act as a liaison between IT teams and stakeholders. • Support decision-making through reporting and analytical insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and the skill to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical terms for non-technical users.

Description
Building Inspectors - Junior Level 1 and Senior Level 2 or 3

This position is responsible for monitoring and controlling the enforcement of National Building Code (NBC) regulations, by-laws for new constructions, additions, modifications and repairs to existing buildings and structures. The incumbent study construction plans, specifications and other documents to issue permits and occupancy certificates, as well as carrying out the inspection of buildings and constructions to verify the conformity of the works.
