A rezoning request for the property identified as PID No. 5072285, currently zoned “R1” (SingleUnit Residential) Zone and the property identified as PID No. 0608695, currently zoned “RT” (Residential Tourist) Zone, as shown herein, to “ID” (Integrated Development) Zone.
